CCRI Seminar – ‘Food Fraud’

The first CCRI seminar of 2019 will take place at the University of Gloucestershire’s FCH campus on January 24th at 12:15pm in room TC 009. We will be joined by Professor Louise Manning from the Royal Agricultural University who will be talking about ‘Food Fraud’ and whether the dynamics within the supply chain drive untruthful actions and behaviour.

Louise has over 35 years’ experience working in the agri-food supply chain in a variety of roles throughout Europe and Africa and has particular expertise in issues concerning food safety, food quality and food crime. Louise writes a food safety blog called ‘Food Safety Chat‘ and you can follow her on Twitter as @foodsafetyljm
