Senior Research Fellow, Julie Urquhart has been accepted onto the Editorial Board for prestigious international journal ‘Society and Natural Resources‘. Her membership will commence in January 2019 and last for three years. During this time Julie will provide reviews for manuscripts submitted to the journal by fellow academics so that Society and Natural Resources continues to ‘publish cutting edge social science research that advances understanding of the interaction between society and natural resources’. Her role will also relate to journal policy.

Reflecting on her successful application, Julie said “I’m delighted to join the Editorial Board for the Society and Natural Resources. The journal is a fantastic forum for interdisciplinary social science research related to natural resource management. My research interests span the social dimensions of agriculture, forestry and fisheries so I welcome the opportunity to engage with academics on these important topics.”
